The material laboratory is equipped with the electric multi-functional testing machine which can be utilized for tensile strength test, break elongation test, tensile performance test of thermosetting and thermoplastic polymers, glass fiber reinforced plastic materials and products. To perform long-term systematic tests of pipe products, the laboratory also possesses fully automatic melt indexer to characterize the melting flow rate of thermoplastic polymer in the state of viscous flow, the oxidation induction tester, bending testing machine, tensile testing machine, burst-out testing machine and fatigue testing machine, etc.
